【Introduction】:Co-hosted by National Tourism Administration and Fujian Provincial People s Government, The China (Xiamen) International Tourism Festival will be held from November, 24 to 26th, in Xiamen.
Co-hosted by National Tourism Administration and Fujian Provincial People's Government, The China (Xiamen) International Tourism Festival will be held from November, 24 to 26th, in Xiamen.
The activities scheduled for this tourism festival are expected to be very abundant, including performances for the opening ceremony, large-scale float parades, Tourism Products Expo, International Friends Golf Invitational Tournament, Fujian Food Festival and so on.
According to the head of the Fujian Tourism Administration, the hosting of the festival is helpful to show the abundant tourism resources and unique folk culture of Fujian Province and also offers an opportunity to strengthen the communication and cooperation on domestic and overseas tourism. Through this endeavor, the tourism resources of Fujian Province will be further integrated. The Wuyi Mountain, Mazu Culture of Meizhou Island, Fujian Tulou, Xiamen Gulangyu and Marine Silk Road of Quanzhou composes the five tourism characteristics of Fujian Province.
The invited tourism officers and overseas travel agencies come from 19 countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, South Korea, Mongolia, Nepal, Switzerland, South Africa, Vietnam and Cambodia.Additionally, a total number of more than 600 guests as well as 3,000 inbound tourists and 5,000 domestic tourists are expected to gather in Xiamen.
