London Bridge City Summer Festival

Get involved in a jam-packed program of events at the London Bridge City Summer Festival, which takes place across three locations between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

Sit down for a film in the outdoor cinema, cheer on your favourite teams during broadcasts of the summer’s biggest sport events, listen to live music and feast on tasty food and drink. Workshops, shows, fitness events and quizzes are also part of the festival.

Events take place at the outdoor amphitheatre, The Scoop, surrounded by the backdrops of the River Thames, Tower Bridge and Hay’s Galleria.

London Bridge City Summer Festival 2017 highlights

Events at last year's festival included:

· Summer’s biggest sports fixtures, including Wimbledon, Tour de France and ICC Champions cricket, featured on the big screens.

· Fun family workshops, including a circus skills workshop, hosted by Albert & Friends Instant Circus.

· Movie favourites, including Avatar, Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, Cool Runnings and Finding Nemo were highlights of the outdoor cinema.

· Fitness classes, including disco yoga.

· Some of the biggest comedians from the Edinburgh Fringe.

· The live gospel choir, GOSPELOKE, belted out classic songs like Ain’t no Mountain High Enough, Say A Little Prayer and Purple Rain.

· Interactive performance and culinary experiences for families such as the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.
