People rushing to Spain would be delighted to hear that in the following three years vacationers can spend their days at Alovera Beach representing a stretch of sand and spectacular waves just 65-kilometres from Madrid and an overwhelming 321 kilometres from the actual sea.

The entirely artificial project would be tasked around the construction of building a 25,000-square-metre lake that would be created with an aim to accommodate as many as 25,000 people per year.

The construction firm Grupo Rayet are responsible for the innovative $14 million leisure project with the aid of Crystal Lagoons specializing in building artificial lakes.

Though Alovera Beach is still in the initial stages of development, absolutely stunning computerized images have been released, offering future tourists an idea of what to expect at this soon-to-be hotspot.

Apart from the amazing crystal-clear waters this beach would also include a beach bar, restaurant, toboggan slide, a sailing school and more than 1,000 parking spaces to accommodate all guests who would have to pay a $15 entry fee after the beach eventually opens to the public.

This project would also be incredibly helpful for the economy of Spain thanks to over 300 jobs that would become available.

Alovera Beach would be expected to be up and running by the year 2020.
