Indonesia is aiming to attract 3.57 million Chinese tourist in 2019, says Indera Dewantho, the deputy director of the country's tourism authority's international marketing for China.
The country's tourism authority held tourism events in Hefei and Beijing in early April to promote what Indonesia has to offer.
Travel agents have been encouraged to sell the new destinations to China market, according to the tourism authority. (By Yang Feiyue)
