Beijing UTour International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (“UTour”) is incorporated with the approval of the National Tourism Administration and Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. It has registered capital of RMB¥208,467,500 and is authorized to provide international and domestic tourism services to Chinese citizens (Business Permit No.: L-BJ-CJ00071). UTour expertizes on wholesale, retail of international tourism and M.I.C.E. industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). With the headquarters in Beijing, UTour also has branches in Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenyang, Harbin, Xi’an, Wuhan, Xiamen, Tianjin, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Kunming, Qingdao and more. UTour is a member of China Association of Travel Services (CATS), Beijing Travel Industry Association (BTIA), Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), and International Air Transport Association (IATA).Utour is ISO9001 certified and holds the following honors:

- a 5A travel agency in Beijing in 2013;

- the third in the TOP 100 travel agencies released by the National Tourism Administration in 2014;

- the second of the Top 20 travel agencies for taxation in 2014;

- the TOP 20 China Tourism Groups by China Tourism Academy and CATS in 2014;

- a partner travel agency of National Tourism Administration in 2014.

On January 23rd, 2014, UTour was successfully listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and became the first listed private travel agency in Class A share market. The stock code is 002707.

As a leading company in the industry, Utour believes in qualities and only provides clients with high-quality tourism and travel-related services. UTour designs travel plan packages and operates the tour. It covers air tickets, accommodations, visas, cruise lines, transportations, and hospitality. The destination covers all major countries and regions in Europe, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East, America, and Asia. Both of standard and customized services are provided to groups and individuals. Particularly, “Wonder Trips”, a high-end travel package initiated in 2014, is to serve the individuals and groups who are pursuing high quality travels.

Over the last few years, UTour has been persisting in the strategy of “integrating wholesale and retail, combining online and offline”.

In September 2014, an asset restructuring was accomplished between Zhuyuan International Travel Service Co., Ltd (“Zhuyuan”) and Utour, which restructured the midstream layout in the industrial.

By February 2016, it has 59 retail stores, including 43 in Beijing,10 in Tianjin, 3 in Shanghai , 2 in Shijiazhuang , and 1 in Yunan. Utour customizes services to its loyal customers through Utour Club and now has over 200,000 regular customers. Meanwhile, Utour carries out various marketing cooperation with banks and insurance companies. In 2014, Utour invested in Uzai(www.uzai.com).Uzai is an online travel agency and was established in 2004. Uzai and Utour work closely in integrating their online and offline resources, including traditional wholesale, online retail, and O2O commerce.

Given the advantage in international tourism and related services, UTour strives to create a comprehensive service platform covering international tourism, destination hospitality, overseas education, immigration, medical care, sports tourism, overseas financing and insurance. At present, it

- is involved in acquisition of Club Med;

- cooperated with Mingyu Hotels Group investing in hotel operation and management in Paris;

- invested in destination resource and life-service company - KaiYuan GmbH;

- cooperated with Beijing Oriental Zhuoyong Investment Management Co., Ltd, a subsidiary fund of Beijing New Oriental Education & Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. to jointly invest in overseas real estate and lay out overseas education market;

- invested in SHIJIE99, Onion Tour, and Julong Tour to further promote individual travel market;

- invested in Beijing QiankunYuntong Business Consulting Co., Ltd. (a.k.a.“Beijing UCurrency exchange Co., Ltd.”). and became the first having currency exchange business in Beijing tourism.

UTour also set a foot in TV platform. It has invested in “Annual Vacation Travel”, a TV show in The Travel Channel, the only satellite TV channel for tourism in China. The Travel Channel and Utour jointly create brand new T2O sales pattern in tourism industry.

In the near future, ambitious Utour will be providing all-aspects comprehensive cross-border services.
