Beaumaris, Anglesey Erstellt von Kris Williams

So Christmas is done and dusted. You've hopefully received some lovely Welsh gifts. Indulged in delectable award-winning cheeses, chocolates and beer. Spent time with friends and family (and maybe ghost horses). Welcoming the New Year in together.

Once you have, make your 2015 all about adventure. Whether its adrenaline fuelled experiences, natural wonders or the thrill of discovering a new location. Add a few of these Welsh wonders to your bucket list.

One of the top 10 beaches in the world

Rhossili Bay in the Gower was named by Tripadvisor users as one of the top ten beaches in the world and the best beach in the UK.

Rugby in a rugby nation

Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, Erstellt von Chris Aylward

In September and October Cardiff plays host to fans from New Zealand, Australia, France, Ireland and of course Wales for the Rugby World Cup. Come and soak up the atmosphere in our small but perfectly formed capital where everything is within walking distance. Add to the mix the atmosphere of a packed Millennium Stadium and you have the perfect recipe for a rugby trip to Wales.

The longest zip wire in Europe

Whoosh! Fly at 100mph (160kmh) through a disused slate quarry on Europe's longest zip wire. When your done with flying through the air, head for the subterranean world of Bounce Below. Trampolining in a disused slate cavern, bouncing and sliding to your hearts content.

Over 600 castles

Harlech Castle, Gwynedd, Snowdonia

We have loads of them. From large imposing structures to remote romantic ruins. With plenty to choose from, you could visit one of the biggest fortresses in Europe, something straight out of a fairytale, a UNESCO World Heritage site and many many more.

870 miles of coast path

Most people tackle a chunk of the Wales Coast Path by taking an afternoon stroll, visiting new locations or during a couple of hours of serious exercise. Whilst taking in the beauty of the Welsh coast. But some people are on a mission, a 870 mile mission. Take a bow, members of the Wales Coast Path Hall of fame.

A super place for super pods

In September, a pod of over 1,000 dolphins were spotted off the Pembrokeshire coast. Cardigan Bay and surrounding areas are home to the UK's largest pod of dolphins. They even made it into our advert.
