Visa Information in Alma-Ata

The requirements how to obtain the National Visa standard information as follows (not related to the type of visa):

An invitation issued by the company，unit or institution which is registered by the Ministry of foreign affairs in the country.

Fill in the visa application form (all items need to fill in), which can be used in Chinese or English to fill in the application form in the blank and must be pasted with a 3.5x4.5cm of the identity.

There are at least two visa pages of passport, your passport period of validity should be at least three months over than the departure date of Kazakhstan visa.

The first page (with personal information on this page) and the copies of two sides in the ID card.(Copy on the same page).

The introduction letter of applicant’s work unit. Format of the introduction letter should be used a formal letter format (with the unit name), stamped with official seal and signed by the leaders. The letters should be posted 3.5cmx4.5cm identity photos (the official seal on the photos). The contents of the letters should be the applicant’s personal information, position, trip purpose and the demands of applying for obtaining Kazakhstan visa.

The company business license copy should be covering with the official seal. If the applicant’s company is not a private enterprise then you need your company issued by other forms of state registration documents.
