The Cunard and P&O Cruises partnership team has seen a surge in activity on its newly launched Academy Online, a new and improved e-learning portal for agents.
Since its launch last week, the number of new modules completed by agents has risen by 96 per cent compared to the week prior.
Designed to improve agents’ knowledge of Cunard and P&O Cruises, the Academy Online has brand new interactive features and engaging content with built-in rewards.
Agents can learn more about the ships, itineraries and life on board.
Carnival UK, director of sales operations, Natasha Richardson commented: “It’s really simple.
“The better agents know our brands, the greater chance they have of making a sale.
“That’s why we’ve given our e-learning portal, Academy Online, a complete makeover and made it bigger, better and easier to use.
“Our Academy benefits are also under review and further news is to come shortly.
“Engagement since launch has been fantastic and feedback from agents proves the Academy Online has increased sales for those who have completed modules to date.
“Plus, the more you know about our ships and experiences the better the overall experience you can offer your own customers during the planning and booking process.”
Richardson continues: “The Academy Online has a whole new look and feel. We’ve improved existing modules, added new ones and made it much easier to use with shorter, interactive and personalised features.
“Agents can learn about our brands, but also have fun with it.
“You can earn your stripes by completing modules and progress up through the ranks to commodore status.”
Newcomers simply register and start completing the training modules.
