China to Unveil Silk Road Tour at Berlin World Tourism Fair

【Introduction】：Chinese language exhibitors will promote tours down the famed Silk Road during the 49th ITB

Chinese language exhibitors will promote tours down the famed Silk Road during the 49th Berlin International Tourism Fair (ITB), the world’s leading travel business fair.

Tourism sectors and company exhibitors from 19 provincial-level regions inside China will gather in Berlin March 4-8 to highlight China's rich tourist industry. This year, China's stand at ITB,, will not merely present globe trotting enthusiasts and travel professionals with a mix of old and new, but also some sort of glimpse of China's appeal.

China's initiatives on building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, which is also referred to as the Belt and Road Initiatives, were put on schedule by President Xi Jinping in 2013. The general goal with the Silk Road Tour, led by national strategy with the Belt and Road Initiatives, is to open international boutique journey routes and promote Silk Road related tourism products.

For this fair, ITB Berlin anticipates roughly 50, 000 private visitors and 110,000 business visitors.
