Sanya Releases First Batch of 30 'Trustworthy Tourism Business Operators'

Thirty business operators in Sanya were named as the first batch of “Trustworthy tourism business operators in Sanya” on December 21st, 2016, according to the Sanya Tourism Association.

Signs displaying the designation will be placed in well-marked areas at these establishments for the benefit of tourists.

To strengthen self-regulation and management of Sanya’s tourism market and insure a safe travel environment for tourists, the Sanya government recently launched a recognition system for trustworthy business operators. The system covers various types of businesses including restaurants, hotels, B&B inns, scenic spots, travel agencies, wedding photographers, tourism specialty stores, and supermarkets.

These 30 business operators include scenic spots, hotels, and travel agencies in Sanya. They were granted the awards for their good-faith management and quality services.
