【Introduction】：Sanya Phoenix International Airport recently won two 2017 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards, according to the Airports Council International (ACI).

Sanya Phoenix International Airport recently won two 2017 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards, according to the Airports Council International (ACI).

The airport won the “2017 World’s Best Airport in the 15-25 million passenger throughput scale ASQ” award, and took third place for the “2017 World’s Best Airport (Asia-Pacific Region) ASQ” award.

The Sanya airport has taken part in the ACI program assessment since 2009. In pursuit of being a world-class organization and a major transit hub in Asia, the airport has worked to improve its overall support facilities by expanding the airport’s terminal building, adding more aircraft parking apron spaces and passenger boarding bridges, and by building the Sanya Aviation Center.

Since its creation in 2006, the ASQ Survey conducted by ACI has become the world’s leading airport passenger satisfaction benchmark program, with over 300 airports participating.
