News: Buenos Aires Present at Festuris 2018

【Introduction】：The Buenos Aires City Tourist Board and the Argentina s National Institute for the Promotion of Tourism (INPROTUR) took part in Festuris 2018, the 30th edition of the international tourism trade fair which took place in the city of Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

The Buenos Aires City Tourist Board and the Argentina's National Institute for the Promotion of Tourism (INPROTUR) took part in Festuris 2018, the 30th edition of the international tourism trade fair which took place in the city of Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

Representing Buenos Aires were Karina Perticone, Director of Promotion, and Fernando Amer, Operations Manager for International Markets, who had a packed schedule of more than 40 meetings in the luxury segment of the fair, in which they promoted to the Brazilian market the various high-end tourism experiences offered in Buenos Aires.

In terms of visitor numbers, Brazil is the biggest outbound market for tourism to Buenos Aires. Between January and June 2018, 227,000 Brazilians visited the Argentine capital, an increase of 2% on the previous year.
