In 2009, Szechwan Tianfu Shu Embroidery PLC actively cooperated with the government to present the second Chengdu International Non-Heritage Festival in the Pixian County Anjing Shu embroidery theme session to jointly create the Anjing Shu Embroidery Village and build the Sichuan Embroidery Theme Park.

The Tianfu Sichuan Embroidery Art Gallery in the park covers an area of 3,000 square meters. The cost to build it was about 20,000 yuan ($3,251). More than 1,000 Shu embroidery boutiques are in the gallery.

The gallery also features several facilities. These include a colorful embroidery workshop, the Tianfu Shu Embroidery Life House, and the Shu Embroidery Research and Development Design Center. Items at the Tianfu Shu Embroidery Art Gallery represent the height of Sichuan embroidery, an art that has developed over 3,000 years.

Sichuan embroidery cultural history, Sichuan embroidery cultural relics, Sichuan embroidery skills and representative works are displayed in the Tianfu Shu Embroidery Art Gallery.

The company has an intangible cultural heritage exposition map in Huanglongxi ancient town and Xinhua Bookstore in Chengdu urban district. Shu embroidery artworks can be displayed and embroidery students can be trained at the same time.
