The Riverside Empire Hotel, regarded with scepticism by those against gentrification, hosts three bars including 20up on, well, the 20th floor of the building. Anyone with the cash can drop in for a cocktail here without booking a hotel room (assuming they are appropriately dressed) and enjoy breathtaking views of the harbour in a classy atmosphere.
