Qingchuan Pavilion, a national AAA tourist area, is located on the eastern side of Tortoise Mountain in Hanyang. The Tower of Yellow Crane on Snake Mountain is on the other side the riverbank.

Qingchuan Pavilion built in the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), has a long history and is considered a cultural heritage site because of its association with some of China’s famous folklore. Qingchuan Pavilion, sitting atop the Wuhan city, provides a bird’s eye view of the mountainous skyline.
