Er'kuai Rice Cake

The rice cake, also called Er'kuai in many parts of Yunnan, is a popular snack and always served for breakfast. People also offer Er’kuai to each other during China's spring festival. Er'kuai is prepared by frying, boiling, stewing or roasting.
