HAY Festival (Literature Festival): From January 31st to February 3rd 2019 and here´s the information:

The Hay Festival Cartagena de Indias is defined by the diffusion of culture and social commitment.

Literature, visual arts, film, music, geopolitics, journalism, environment ... are mixed in an environment of dialogue and celebration. After 12 years, during which the festival has become one of the most important literary events in the Hispanic world, in 2018 we will hold the thirteenth edition.

• Dissemination of literature locally and internationally to promote dialogue and cultural exchange, education and development.

• Inclusive and accessible events with international artists.

• Social action and education. 20% of the tickets available for free for students and HAY YOUNG, an events program exclusively for students.

• Continuous programs of animation to reading and reading comprehension. With partners such as PLAN International, Mayor of Cartagena, RCN Radio-Television. Hay Festivalito, Starting Point, Contest of Tales RCN-Ministry, among others.

• Collaboration with institutions, organizations and private local and international companies, maximizing the impact of our proposal and the use of the festival by the local population
