【Introduction】:On June 27, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 17 new cases of confirmed infections.
On June 27, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 17 new cases of confirmed infections (3 imported cases, 1 in Shanghai municipality, 1 in Shaanxi province and 1 in Gansu province; 14 indigenous cases, all in Beijing municipality), 1 new case of suspected infections (an indigenous case in Beijing), and no deaths. 7 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 692 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases remained unchanged.
As of 24:00 on June 27, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 1,902 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 1,816 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 86 confirmed cases (including 1 in serious condition) and 1 suspected case.
As of 24:00 on June 27, the National Health Commission had received reports of 83,500 confirmed cases and 4,634 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 78,451 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 415 confirmed cases (including 8 cases in serious condition) and 8 suspected cases. 761,721 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 7,445 were still under medical observation.
On June 27, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 7 new asymptomatic cases (including 4 imported cases). 5 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (including 2 imported cases) and 2 (indigenous cases) became confirmed cases. As of 24:00 on June 27, 106 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 66 imported cases).
As of 24:00 on June 27, 1,690 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 1,197 in Hong Kong (7 had died and 1,095 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 46 in Macao (45 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 447 in Taiwan (7 had died and 435 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
