【Introduction】:On March 31st, Shaoxing witnessed the working mechanism establishment of the Culture City of East Asia and the opening of 2021 Culture City of East Asia, the Year of Shaoxing, China.

On March 31st, Shaoxing witnessed the working mechanism establishment of the Culture City of East Asia and the opening of 2021 Culture City of East Asia, the Year of Shaoxing, China. The event was guided by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and hosted by Shaoxing People’s Government and Zhejiang Provincial Culture and Tourism Bureau. Present at the event were representatives from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Foreign Ministry, winner and candidate cities, the provincial culture and tourism bureaus, Embassy of South Korea in China and Consulate General of Japan in Shanghai as well as a number of experts and professionals. The co-founder of Qyer Cui Li was one of the tourism enterprise representatives and she shared at the Mayors’ Forum the website’s plans for urban promotion of the event. She stated that Qyer will utilize its great strengths in internationalization and content promotion to support the Culture City of East Asia.

It will promote the exchanges and cooperation among cities and the sustainable development of regional cultural collaboration”.

Cui Li echoed the concept by saying that joining the Culture City of East Asia will greatly enhance international exchanges and cooperation among cities while improving the development and influence of the members. In the nearer future, Qyer will make full use of its strengths in destination promotion and internationalization and work together with South Korea, Japan and European Capital of Culture, in order to support the domestic marketing of urban culture and tourism while improving the international influence of the member cities.
