Make Memories by the Han River!

The Hangang Summer Festival, Seoul's premier summer festival, will take place at the Han River's parks from July 15th to Aug. 21st, 2016.

Choose to take part in and attend a wealth of events for the festival's 38-day run. Go camping, take part in water leisure sports, a paper boat race or bicycle along the Han. There will be over 80 different cultural and arts programs offered throughout the festival, such as movie screenings, musical performances, and traditional performances and a night market.

This year there were many festivals by the Han River; the Hangang Jazz Festival, the World Wakeboarding Championships, the Slide in the City Festival, Hangang Night Walk, and the Bubble Festival. The Hangang Summer Festival is another one to add to the list and it's sure to be a fun time for attendees!

The festival has been divided into three themes: "staying cool at Hangang" (water leisure sports), "touching moments at Hangang" (concerts, films, and performances) , and "together at Hangang "(ecological experience, camping, and resting). Different parks will have different themes and activities.
