From now on, tourist spots meet the prevention and control conditions, they can apply for opening procedures, if they get the permission, then can open for the tourists.

In order to promote the epidemic prevention and control and the development of economy and society, according to the requirements of the relevant documents from the Municipal Epidemic Prevention Command, our city will continue to implement the "foreign defense input" strictly and ensure the safety and control of the epidemic to promote the opening of outdoor tourist spots orderly.

Indoor venues and tourist attractions that mainly focus on indoor visits are temporarily closed; places with relatively closed spaces and relatively concentrated personnel in the open attractions will postpone the opening day.

1. The epidemic prevention and control work of each open tourist scenic spot is in accordance with the Guidelines for the Prevention and Control Measures for the Restoration and Opening of Epidemic Scenic Spots released by Ministry of Culture and Tourism Resource Development andSuggestions on strict management and control of scenic spots during epidemic prevention and control, Guidance for the tourist areas to be gradually opened and scientifically resumed in Heilongjiang released by Provincial Tourism Association Tourism Scenic Spot Branch.

2. Strictly implement the system for tourists to show their ID cards, scan the “Longjiang Health Code”, take temperature measurements, wear masks and report on isolation of abnormal conditions when entering the scenic spot.

3. Strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control in tourist spots.

1. Strictly implement the system of employees using "Longjiang Health Code", taking temperature measurements, and wearing masks;

2. Control the number of tourists and the distance between people and put an end to cultural and sports activities where people gather;

3. Strengthen ventilation, disinfection and sanitation management, strictly implement safety production measures to ensure the safety and hygiene of the site.

4. The catering service companies in the scenic area strictly implement the "take-away" isolation service, and each person serves a meal dispersely.

5. The scenic area should make the opening notes during epidemic, the organization and management should be improved, and the open policy of the scenic area should be clear.
