【Introduction】：The World Tourism Cities Federation based in Beijing won the World Travel Leaders Award at the recent World Tourism Market in London

The World Tourism Cities Federation based in Beijing won the World Travel Leaders Award atthe recent World Tourism Market in London.

The annual award seeks to recognize organizations or individuals that make outstandingcontributions to tourism development.

More than 50,000 tourism professionals, government officials and media personnel participatedin the event, which was held over Nov 2-5.

WTCF, a nonprofit international tourism organization formed by more than 150 cities andtourism-related institutions, was established three years ago.

It aims to promote exchanges and cooperation among its members and the tourism industry.
