Embassy, Consulate or other overseas institutions authorized by the Ministry of foreign affairs of the People’s Republic of China is responsible for the issuance of foreigners’ entry visa overseas. The foreigners who are in accordance with the 20th relevant provisions 《Exit and Entry administration Law of People’s Republic of China》,you can apply for a port visa in the port visa office authorized by the Ministry of public security, the port which is approved by the State Council for the port visa business.

People in some countries and regions may be exempted from visa to enter Hong Kong, Macau. People who cannot have visa free treatment are required to apply for a visa or entry permit according to the provisions of the SAR government. The foreigners who need to go to Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau at the same time, you should apply for Mainland China visa, Hong Kong visa, Macau visa respectively.
