The Guan Fu Classic Art Museum was the first private, non-profit art museum in China, which was approved by the government in 1996 and established in 1997, which is located in suburban Beijing near the capital airport. The 4,000-square-metre structure includes a museum and membership area of 2,800 square meters. The museum's collection focuses on relics and antiques of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
