The visitors set off for Heming Lake, the first “large primitive hot spring marsh” in China at 7:30 am from Railway Engine Square in Aijian Road. The whole journey will take about three and a half hours to 4 hours (308 kilometers). Heming Lake is also known as “Mu Guiying Lake” (Mu Guiying, a well-known female general in history). The hot spring, from 1980 meters below the ground, is rich in mineral substance and microelements that are essential to human body, and it is the wetland hot spring with the highest negative oxygen ion (19300, tested by Shanghai Institute of Tourism at the request of municipal government). In addition, metasilicic acid, sodium, bicarbonate radical and other elements in the hot spring will also be helpful in relaxing, relieving rheumatic pain, improve cardiovascular disease, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, chronic arthritis as well as adjusting vegetative nerve.
