Founded in 1900, Harbin Qiulin Group Co Ltd is a time-honored brand enterprise with a long history. It has been taken over by capitalists from Tsarist Russia, Britain's HSBC, Japanese businessmen and Soviet government.

It was returned to China after a paid transfer in October 1953 and received four expansions and renovations. Now it has grown into a large retailer and the only commercial listing company of Heilongjiang province.
