Chengdu Museum is a comprehensive museum in Southwest China, located at No 23 Shudu Avenue (inside a famous ancient temple, Daci Si) in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province.

Chengdu Museum, which is responsible for looking after collections, exhibitions, publicity, and the study of writings and artifacts in the whole city, has collected over 10,000 cultural relics from the Old Stone Age and the Neolithic Age to the modern and contemporary period, including several hundred precious cultural relics, in which the ancient stone inscriptions and the portrait brick from the Han Dynasty are the most famous.

The fixed exhibition of the museum is the Chengdu Ancient History - Historical Relics Exhibition, which is laid out like a picture scroll. From different angles, it displays the magnificent history of the famous historic and cultural city of Chengdu from the Neolithic Age to the Opium War.
