Satya Budhi temple is a place of worship building inaugurated on June 15, 1855, was very old. This temple Thian Kiong Hiap whose original meaning is the Palace of the gods, and a place peribatan the Chinese Buddhist, and Confucian Thao, although at that time Dutch colonial government only recognizes Buddhism as a religion of the Chinese.

This pagoda was built independently of the Chinese who live in the city at that time with the help of other Chinese people who are outside the city of Bandung.
