Osaekjindubu Korea's first Osaekjindubu is a five-colored traditional tofu made using wooden fire, iron pot, and millstone to color the handmade tofu with green vegetables (carrot, crown daisy a Korean leek, safflower, black flower, soybean) to add the nutrients that it lacks.
Another specialty is the bean roast meat using bean protein, which was restricted to a small number of people but easily accessible to the public nowadays.
