Point of reference for contemporary art, the Foundation was established in 2004 from an idea of Flavio Misciatelli to make accessible to all the enormous wealth of knowledge and creativity that animates the life of the pasta factory for more than thirty years.

The venue is an industrial pasta factory dated 1905, originally intended for the storage of grain, abandoned in 1960.

The series of exhibitions presented from time to time is characterized by a variety of expressions ranging from painting to sculpture, video, photographs and installations, through personal and collective exhibitions.
