Car
If you decide to visit Thessaloniki by car or you wish to rent one, the following information might be useful. The city center is hardly ever empty so according to the hour of the day you might have traffic difficulties. Free parking can be found downtown but the open places are limited so you can turn to metered parking in various locations like Eletherias Square or Aristotelous Square. When city centre is jammed, private parking in the city centre might be an option.
