Pakkhlong Talat is located on the bank of the Chao Phraya river paralleled with Memorial bridge and Rajini school. It used to be the largest fish market at one time. At present, it is transformed into the largest wholesale flower market in the country.

This flower market is open all day and night. Many local and international flowers are sold here. Many florists from a long strip scattered all over. On Valentine’s day, Pakkhlong Talat is filled with all sorts of people of all ages coming to buy many different colorful roses.
