Yuanrong Zen Temple, long been called "Buddha Cave" by locals, is a national cultural relics protection site.

The old temple got the name from a Buddhism doctrine “Yuanrong” meaning that “eliminating intolerance and making harmony with others. And, it is the only domestic temple advocating "Yuanrong" thought in China, and is origin of Korean Yuanrong Buddhism.
