The New Paris Hotel, a modern business hotel with characteristics of French culture in downtown Harbin, was built according to the international standard of five-star hotels.

With a floor area of more than 35,000 square meters, the hotel has 29 floors and two floors underground.

It was designed as the main press center and reception hotel for media during the 24th World University Winter Games held in the city in 2009.
