Through its seven Client Service Centres, the City of Ottawa provides residents with one convenient point of access to a wide range of municipal services.

Government service centre

The City of Ottawa is a proud partner in a Government Service Centre, which provides one-stop convenient access to information and services from multiple levels of government.

Claims to the City

As part of the Legal Services Branch, the City has a Claims Unit to investigate and respond to all claims made against the City and its insurers from persons who believe the City is responsible for their loss.

Commissioner of Oaths

Commissioner-of-Oaths' services are offered through the City's Client Service Centres and include affidavits, oaths and statutory declarations. Since the services vary, it is strongly recommended that you contact the City in advance of your visit to confirm that your document can be commissioned by the City.
