There are several restaurants in downtown Marigot, but the lack of parking is a bit of a problem. Note the three parking lots and if you want an authentic bistro meal, get a spot in the closest lot and check out Bistro Nu at the edge of town. The high school runs a cooking school and they open their restaurant, L'Excellence for lunch every weekday and dinner, sporadically.
