Located in Zhaibu Chang village, Sujia Zuo County, New District, Jiao Zuo, Zhaibu Chang Compound is a historic compound of Ming and Qing Dynasty, which incorporated north and south architecture style into one body. This quadrangle resident building consists of 90 houses and more than 300 rooms. With the exquisite craftsmanship reflected in the painting, stone carving, and woodcarving, the Zhaibu Chang Compound has the great value of cultural relic protection and tourism development. Emperor Wu made a divination here before his conquest over Yin, so this place got the name Buchang. The establishment of the No.9 team of Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan area field army, which was the predecessor of the Fifteenth Air Force, added some Red Culture color here. It was listed as one of the provincial patriotic education bases in 2009 and was among the seventh group that received the title of National Cultural Relic Protection Unit in 2013.
