The city of Jiaozuo, Henan province, has a convenient highway transportation system that reaches all directions. It connects with the Beijing-Hongkong-Macao Expressway in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, to the east; connects with the Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway after crossing the Yellow River to the south; joins the Guangdong-Guangxi Expressway in Jiyuan, Henan province, in the west; and connects with the Taijin Express in the north.

Up to now, there are five highways passing through the city. The highways reach every county of the city, and each town also has a branch of the expressways running through. Transportation between the different scenic spots is quite convenient.
