Xinzheng International Airport is the domestic trunk line transportation airport and also the class-one aviation port in China. Until now, there have been the domestic air routes from Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province to more than 30 capital cities and some secondary-tier cities in the country, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou and Shenzhen of Guangdong province, Chongqing, and Urumqi of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. The international air routes are also opened, from Zhengzhou to Taipei, Hong Kong, Seoul and Mankok.

There is airport express directly reaching to Jiaozuo, 120 kilometers in total, about one-hour driving time.

The Luoyang Airport, located on the Mangshan Mountain, north of Luoyang, Henan province, is now the main airport in the province, besides the Xinzheng International Airport. The Luoyang Airport is 120 kilometers away from Jiaozuo, about one-hour driving time.
