After a voting procedure on the first day of the 2014 WTCF tourism summit, Rabat and Fez in Morocco won the bid to host the 2015 Tourism Summit of the World Tourism Cities Federation. This will be the first time that the WTCF tourism summit will be held overseas.

Rabat and Fez, are among Morocco’s most popular tourist destinations. Fez was the capital of Morocco until 1925.
