Chinese outbound tourism market is growing rapidly, which provides innumerable opportunities for tourist destination cities. In order to better serve WTCF members and help our members develop a deeper understanding of Chinas outbound tourism market, the WTCF Secretariat is planning to organize a four-day training program on International Tourist Destination (Cities) Promotion and Marketing from 29 March to 1 April 2016 in Beijing, China.

The training program will be conducted in English, and the lecturers and guest speakers will include renowned experts in Chinas tourism industry, senior executives of Chinese tourism companies as well as professional tourism media specialists. The courses will focus on the current status and future trend of outbound tourism in China, the consumption pattern and habit of Chinese outbound tourists, consumer psychology and behavior, tourism marketing and promotion in China and reception services for Chinese tourists. Meanwhile, during the training, WTCF will also work with leading tourism companies, online travel agents (OTA) and tourism media to provide on-site case studies, visit to tourist sites and face-to-face meetings with tourism regulators for our members.

It is our hope that the training program will help you get to know more about Chinese tourism market, improve the quality and efficiency of tourism promotion and marketing for the Chinese market and deepen understanding and mutual trust, and as a result, attract more tourists to your cities.
