To reduce the negative impact of covid-19 on the culture and tourism enterprises, Neijiang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism in Sichuan Province, actively implemented the relevant policies of the state, province and municipality to assist enterprises’ work resumption orderly. Up to now, 78% of large-scale cultural enterprises have returned to work. 8 A-grade scenic spots and 80% of rural scenic spots have reopened in an orderly manner. 5 star lodge hotels have been on business normally.
It is reported that during the period of outbreaking of covid-19, Neijiang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism made statistics on the small and medium culture and tourism enterprises with financing difficulty and applied for yunyi loan from Sichuan branch of China Construction Bank to help these enterprises to obtain financial aid. A total of 17 small culture and tourism enterprises applied for loans of 51.1 million yuan. Neijiang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism reported the financing difficulty of the municipality's main promoting projects of culture and tourism. And it totally has applied for loans of 8.5 million yuan (discount government loans or interest free loans).
During this period, Neijiang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism refunded partial guarantee deposit to travel agencies that had owned travel agency business license. Up to March 10th, the guarantee deposit of 19 travel agencies about 2 million yuan has been refunded.
