Local rice dumpling has very soft skin, which is also very sticky. The fillings include the filling of green vegetable and minced meat, jujube paste filling and bean paste filling. After the busy Spring Festival is over, there will be some rice dumplings left. People often cook them, cool and then cover them with sweet rice flour; store them into basket and hang in ventilated rooms for instant eating; the taste is just like rice cakes with a unique flavor.
