Helsinki Cup

The Helsinki Cup is an international youth football tournament, held each year in Helsinki, Finland during June/July. It was held for the first time in 1976.

The Helsinki Cup is a huge tournament with 1,300 boys and girls teams and 20,000 players from 15 nationalities expected in the annual event. In the first phase of the tournament, teams are placed into groups of 5 or 6 before the knock out section commences later in the week.
