【Introduction】:On July 19, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 22 new cases of confirmed infections (5 imported cases, 3 in Sichuan province, 1 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region and 1 in Shandong province; 17 indigenous cases in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region), 1 new case of suspected infections (an imported case in Shanghai municipality), and no deaths.

As of 24:00 on July 19, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 2,012 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 1,929 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 83 confirmed cases (including 3 in serious condition) and 4 suspected cases.
As of 24:00 on July 19, the National Health Commission had received reports of 83,682 confirmed cases and 4,634 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 78,799 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 249 confirmed cases (including 5 cases in serious condition) and 4 suspected cases. 772,333 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 7,204 were still under medical observation.
On July 19, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 13 new asymptomatic cases (including 4 imported cases). 5 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (including 3 imported cases) and 1 (imported case) became a confirmed case. As of 24:00 on July 19, 154 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 87 imported cases).
As of 24:00 on July 19, 2,386 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 1,885 in Hong Kong (12 had died and 1,294 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 46 in Macao (all had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 455 in Taiwan (7 had died and 440 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
