Located at No. 63, New Jialing Road, Liziba, Yuzhong District, the museum was established in 1991, with an original floor space of less than 500 square meters. During 1942 and 1944, it was the former residence of General Stilwell. As a symbol of the friendly exchanges between Chinese and American people and a major channel of China’s foreign non-governmental exchanges, the museum has significant influence both in China and abroad.
