Bluespoon Bar is located on the ground floor of the Andaz Amsterdam, a stunning luxury hotel situated on the Prinsengracht. Just like the rest of the hotel, the bar area was designed by Marcel Wanders, putting a new twist on typically Dutch elements.

Cocktail Bar

The bar serves a variety of cocktails with interesting names like "One Minute Delft Blue" or the "Lucky Librarian". The latter refers to this building's previous occupant – a public library.

Bluespoon on Board

Sharing its name but not officially linked to the Bluespoon Bar, Bluespoon on Board is a 5-star take-away dining service introduced by the Andaz Amsterdam in 2014. Throughout the summer, order a range of delicious salads, sandwiches, snacks, main courses and deserts (and accompanying drinks) in advance and pick up your culinary delights from the Bluespoon Restaurant as you boat down the Prinsengracht.
