Quite logically, the Floor17 sky bar is located on the 17th floor of the recently opened Ramada Apollo Amsterdam Centre. Floor17 describes itself as offering "food entertainment", combining fine dining with an open kitchen, good music and a great view of the city.

Richard Matulessy, former head chef at the Amstel Hotel, now runs the kitchen here. You can enjoy his creations seven days a week at lunch or dinner. Floor17 also offers an extensive menu of champagnes and cocktails.

The latest addition to Floor17 is the exclusive Rooftop Terrace, offering drinking, dining and dancing alongside an impressive 360 degree view over Amsterdam – from 85 metres up!
