Joining Munich's Blutenburg-Theater and the Berlin Kriminal theater is the Imperial Theater as the third – and the largest – crime-thriller theatre in Germany.

The Imperial Theater, previously a famous and popular musical theatre, has now established itself as Hamburg's only crime-thriller theatre and an integral part of Hamburg's cultural landscape.

With an enthralling mix of classics and more recent works – 24 in-house productions in 12 years – they thrill up to 270 theatre fans night after night.
