On 23 and 24 May 2014, the port of Hamburg will be a stage for jazz music from all over the world.

For the fifth time in a row, ELBJAZZ was held in the Port of Hamburg during the last weekend in May. Around 50 concerts and various venues usually with no stage - including the Blohm + Voss shipyard - make the festival a unique live experience. Music is played in the open air and indoors. The barges which transport visitors between the individual venues underline the maritime atmosphere. ELBJAZZ presents a variety of national and international artists who play different styles of jazz. The programme is characterised by a blend of stars and exciting newcomers: Let yourself go, be surprised and delighted - ELBJAZZ stands for movement, curiosity and discovery. The two-day Festival is rounded off with a diverse programme of workshops, films and art performances.
